By accessing or using Cysvera ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cysvera is an AI-powered penetration test report generation platform. We provide tools to help security professionals create professional penetration testing reports for their clients.

3. Account Registration

To use Cysvera you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cysvera only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Generate reports for unauthorized security testing activities
• Create content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization for any security testing activities you document using Cysvera.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all report content you create on Cysvera. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the Service. The Cysvera platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

8. AI Generated Content

Cysvera uses AI to assist in generating report content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before delivering reports to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Cysvera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@cysvera.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
